1. PURPOSE & APPLICATION

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines prohibited activities and usage restrictions for Trendline Finder.

By using Trendline Finder, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

2.1 Unauthorized Access & Hacking

You may NOT:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Trendline Finder
Hack, crack, or compromise the system
Use security vulnerabilities or exploits
Access accounts that are not yours
Exceed your authorized access
Attempt to bypass security measures
Use techniques to disguise your identity or location
Access administrative or backend systems without permission

Consequences: Criminal liability possible; immediate account termination

2.2 Automated Access & Bots

You may NOT use:

Automated scraping tools to extract data from Trendline Finder
Web scrapers or crawlers to download content
Bots or automated scripts to access the platform
API access not provided by Trendline Finder
Proxy servers to bypass restrictions
Automated trading bots or algorithmic systems
Any tools designed to automate data collection

Permitted: Manual browsing and standard browser use only

Consequences: Immediate account termination; potential legal action

2.3 Data Theft & Redistribution

You may NOT:

Copy, download, or save bulk data from Trendline Finder
Redistribute stock data obtained from the platform
Resell or commercialize data from Trendline Finder
Provide data to third parties without authorization
Use data in competing products or services
Create derivative databases or datasets
Violate Massive (Polygon) data licensing terms
Share access credentials to bypass subscription requirements

Consequences: Legal action; damages claim; criminal liability (depending on extent)

2.4 Reverse Engineering & Decompilation

You may NOT:

Reverse engineer the Trendline Finder platform
Decompile or decode our software
Attempt to extract source code
Create derivative works
Modify the application
Circumvent encryption or security measures
Use software analysis tools on our platform

Consequences: Legal action; injunctive relief; damages

2.5 Illegal Activity

You may NOT use Trendline Finder for:

Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Money laundering or financial crimes
Market manipulation or insider trading
Securities fraud or pump-and-dump schemes
Unlicensed financial advisory services
Tax evasion
Any illegal purpose under federal, state, or local law

Consequences: Criminal prosecution; account termination; law enforcement referral

2.6 Interference & Disruption

You may NOT:

Interfere with or disrupt service operations
Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
Overload servers or networks
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Use bandwidth excessively
Create bottlenecks or performance issues
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
Intentionally cause system failures

Consequences: Criminal charges possible; immediate account termination

2.7 Intellectual Property Infringement

You may NOT:

Infringe on our intellectual property rights
Copy or reproduce our content without permission
Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
Create knockoff products or services
Violate copyright or patent rights
Plagiarize our content
Use our materials in unlicensed ways

Consequences: Legal action; injunctive relief; damages

2.8 Impersonation & Fraud

You may NOT:

Impersonate Wicked RC LLC or employees
Create fake accounts
Misrepresent your identity
Claim authority you don't have
Create fraudulent profiles
Deceive other users
Misuse account information

Consequences: Criminal charges; civil liability; account termination

2.9 Third-Party Terms Violations

You may NOT:

Violate Massive (Polygon) terms and conditions
Violate stock exchange rules
Violate payment processor terms
Breach third-party licensing agreements
Exceed data usage allocations
Use data in ways prohibited by data providers

Consequences: Account termination; legal action by third parties

2.10 Harassment & Abuse

You may NOT:

Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Send unsolicited messages or spam
Engage in bullying or abuse
Attempt to intimidate or coerce
Engage in sexual or violent conduct
Make threats of violence
Discriminate based on protected characteristics

Consequences: Account termination; potential law enforcement referral

2.11 Inappropriate Content

You may NOT:

Post hate speech or discriminatory content
Post sexually explicit content
Post violent or graphic content
Post illegal content
Post content promoting illegal activities
Spam or advertise without permission

Consequences: Content removal; account suspension or termination

2.12 Privacy Violations

You may NOT:

Collect personal information about other users
Share others' personal data
Engage in doxxing or privacy invasion
Phish for account credentials
Social engineer users or employees
Violate others' reasonable expectation of privacy

Consequences: Legal action; account termination; law enforcement referral

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Your Obligations

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
Keeping passwords confidential
Monitoring account activity
Reporting unauthorized access
Complying with this Policy
Following all applicable laws

3.2 Your Liability

You are liable for:

All activity on your account
Violations by people using your account
All content you post or submit
All data you access or use
All payments and fees
Any damages resulting from your violations

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions, bypass limits or quotas, test security vulnerabilities, perform prohibited activities, or circumvent payment requirements is prohibited and will result in termination of all accounts.

4. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Personal Use Only

Trendline Finder is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

Use it for business purposes
Provide data to clients or customers
Use it as part of a business offering
Charge others for access to our data
Build competing products using our data
Use for commercial trading or analysis

4.2 Broker & Financial Professional Restrictions

If you are a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial professional, money manager, or institution providing financial services, you require a separate professional data license from Massive (Polygon), not just a Trendline Finder subscription.

Using Trendline Finder for professional purposes without proper licensing violates this Policy and may violate securities law.

5. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

5.1 Monitoring

Wicked RC LLC reserves the right to:

Monitor usage patterns and activity
Investigate suspected violations
Collect evidence of violations
Review logs and access records
Analyze data usage
Contact users about violations

5.2 Violation Consequences

First Violation:

Issue warning email
Require acknowledgment of violation
Place temporary usage restrictions
Require corrective action

Second Violation:

Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
Data access restrictions
Feature limitations
Increased monitoring

Serious or Repeated Violations:

Immediate permanent account termination
Deletion of all data
Legal action and damages claims
Referral to law enforcement
Pursuit of criminal charges
Cooperation with prosecutors

5.3 Immediate Termination

We may immediately terminate your account without warning for:

Hacking or unauthorized access attempts
Illegal activity
Data theft or redistribution
Severe security violations
Fraud or deception
Threats or harassment
Automated data scraping

5.4 No Refund for Violations

If your account is terminated for Policy violation:

No refund of subscription fees
Any remaining subscription time is forfeited
You lose access to all features
Your data may be deleted
You may be banned from using Trendline Finder

6. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

6.1 Civil Liability

Violations may result in:

Injunctive relief (court orders)
Monetary damages
Restitution
Attorney fees
Court costs
Punitive damages

6.2 Criminal Liability

Serious violations may constitute:

Computer fraud and abuse
Identity theft
Securities fraud
Wire fraud
Unauthorized computer access
Data theft
Other criminal offenses

These carry criminal penalties including fines and imprisonment.

6.3 Third-Party Liability

Violations may expose you to liability from Massive (Polygon), stock exchanges, payment processors, other users, and law enforcement.

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

7.1 Report Suspicious Activity

If you notice violations of this Policy, report them to:

Any evidence or screenshots

7.2 Vulnerability Disclosure

If you discover security vulnerabilities:

Do not exploit them

Provide detailed technical information
We will investigate and fix vulnerabilities
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access

7.3 Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, securities regulators, data protection authorities, judicial proceedings, and subpoenas and warrants.

8. ACCEPTABLE USES

8.1 What You CAN Do

The following uses are permitted:

View stock data and charts
Create personal watchlists
Draw trendlines for analysis
View company information
Conduct personal investment research
Learn about technical analysis
Use for educational purposes
Share insights with friends (non-commercial)

8.2 Commercial Licensing

If you need to use Trendline Finder for commercial purposes, contact Support@wickedrc.com to inquire about commercial licensing.

9. UPDATES TO POLICY

We may update this Policy at any time by posting the updated Policy and updating the "Last Updated" date. We will provide notice via email for material changes.

Your continued use of Trendline Finder constitutes acceptance of updated Policy terms.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and remaining provisions continue in full force.
