COOKIES & TRACKING POLICY
Trendline Finder Effective Date: May 19, 2026 Last Updated: May 19, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Cookies & Tracking Policy explains how Wicked RC LLC, doing business as TrendLine Finder, uses cookies and other tracking technologies on Trendline Finder ("Service," "Platform").
Please read this policy carefully. Your continued use of Trendline Finder indicates your consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies as described.
2. CURRENT COOKIE & TRACKING STATUS
2.1 Current Implementation
Trendline Finder uses Google's advertising and conversion tag (Google Ads gtag.js, tag ID AW-18076364775) to measure how visitors find us and how our advertising performs. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 initialized with consent granted: the tag is active on load and stores advertising cookies / transmits conversion-measurement data by default. You can opt out at any time through our cookie consent banner, which switches consent to "denied."
We do NOT use:
- Google Analytics (a separate analytics product)
- Facebook Pixel or social-media tracking
- Behavioral profiling beyond advertising conversion measurement
- Selling or sharing your personal data with data brokers
2.2 Essential Cookies Only (If Any)
The only cookies Trendline Finder may use are "essential" or "technical" cookies that are required for the Service to function properly, such as:
- Session authentication (keeping you logged in)
- Security tokens
- CSRF protection
- User preferences (if saved locally)
These essential cookies:
- Do NOT track your behavior
- Are NOT shared with third parties
- Are NOT used for analytics
- Cannot be disabled without breaking the Service
- Expire when you log out or close your browser
2.3 Advertising & Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads conversion tracking (tag ID AW-18076364775) to measure when visits and signups originate from our ads. Under Consent Mode v2, consent defaults to granted, so advertising cookies are set and conversion data is transmitted on load. You can opt out at any time via the cookie consent banner (or by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser).
We do NOT use:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixel
- Hotjar
- Mixpanel
- Any other behavioral analytics platform
3. FUTURE COOKIE & ANALYTICS PLANS

10. ADVERTISING & MARKETING COOKIES
10.1 Current Status
Trendline Finder uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising performance. Under Google Consent Mode v2, consent is granted by default, so advertising cookies are set and conversion data is transmitted on load. If you decline via the cookie consent banner, the tag switches to a privacy-preserving mode that does not store advertising cookies. We do NOT use retargeting pixels, social-media tracking, or third-party ad networks beyond Google Ads conversion measurement.
10.2 Your Choice
A cookie consent banner appears on your first visit so you can Accept or Decline advertising/measurement cookies. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage, which makes the banner appear again.
11. SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
Cookies are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to protect data in transit. We use industry-standard security measures to protect cookie data, including encryption, secure authentication tokens, regular security audits, access controls, and firewalls.
No system is 100% secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect cookie data, we cannot guarantee protection against all threats.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Trendline Finder is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly set cookies for or track children under 13.
